Activated Pest Solutions Inc Inc was established by Pamela Neely in 2019, but our history in pest control goes back much further than that.
In the early 1970s, Pamela’s parents, Ernest and Claudia Mae Martin Senior, introduced her to the pest control industry. It was during this time that Pamela learned the ropes of how to EXECUTE pests like spiders, bed bugs, and roaches.
Pamela would travel with her folks door-to-door selling a pesticide product and soliciting jobs for exterminator services inside customers’ homes. She followed along on enough of these in-home jobs to know that EXECUTING pests was what she wanted to do for a living once she was all grown up.

Pamela remembers her father as a man dedicated to education and business who encouraged her to fulfill her dreams of starting her own business. It was on his sick bed in July 2018 when he whispered softly into Pamela’s ear, “Baby, I want you to make sure you start your business. Do not let your passing the test be in vain.
” Mr. Martin Senior was speaking of the Structural Pest Control Board Operator’s Exam, which Pamela had passed with flying colors.
Pamela remembers her mother as a dedicated pest control operator and strong business owner. It was Claudia Mae Martin who repeatedly encouraged Pamela to take the Operator’s Exam and, along with her father Ernest Martin, Sr., start her own pest control company.
Her mother would always say, “I know you will get it done. You can be a procrastinator, but one day you will achieve that goal and make it happen.”
Pamela promised her mother that, one day, she would be the owner of her own pest control company. That day has arrived.
Despite all the obstacles, Pamela has taken the small but necessary steps toward achieving her dream and goal. She stands before you today as a proud, female business owner, and she looks forward to serving you and your family.
